Apartament itself is everything you need with amazing views thru balcony.And restaurant in first floor most affordable in Gudauri

The road to Gudauri and ski area is dangerous .No pavements and you just walking next to heavy trucks traffic .And the truck drivers just ignoring that you walking on the side of the road.Of course its Georgian goverment responsibility if they want attract tourist .

1) The apartment is warm and cozy. 2) Good shower. 3) You can find all the necessary kitchen supplies in the room: stove, kettle, fridge, etc. (very convenient). 4) Lovely hosts and sfuff. They're always ready to help you. I had an emergency case and they helped me to call the ambulance, to translate everything and overall they were extremely helpful ❤️🙌🏻. 5) There'a a good cafe in the building. It's a very nice touch especially in the evening when you're exchausted after skiing or snowboarding (you don't need to go somewhere and look for a place to eat, everything is right there👌🏻).

1) Gudauri is a nice resort however its infrastructure has some issues, e.g. there's no pavements for pedestrians. So even though Quimli is not far away from the trail and lifts, however you need to get to the resort either by taxi (~20 laris in cash, one way, 5 mins) or on foot (a part of the way you need to walk on the road loaded with tracks and cars). Please, keep it in mind if you're travelling with kids. Nothing crutial, so I simply recommend you to ask for a taxi at the reception desk👌🏻They know good local drivers, so it's not a problem to get to the resort by taxi. 2) Sound isolation is not superb (5 out of 10). So you can hear the elevator. But once again, there's nothing too problematic about it I guess. Just keep it in mind if it's an important point for you. For me it didn't interfere with my sleep. Addon: I can recommend you to take some money in cash 'cause you can need it to pay for a taxi or to rent an equipment.

I have never experienced such a beautiful location in my travel history. The view from the balcony is amazing. I really appreciate the hotel staff. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was extremely clean and the host was very attentive. Before booking Apartment Qumli I have read in the review that bathroom was out of order but then host has confirmed that it was already fixed and it was really so! I have enjoyed being there very much!
