"Exceptional"

Howie was a perfect host! We stayed two nights while attending FreshGrass in North Adams. We slept three in the bunk room, one in the other bedroom, and one on the couch -- everyone was comfortable. There are adequate cooking supplies and a dishwasher. The host was gracious and flexible with our checkout time.
