Plenty rooms available plus the air conditioning system worked exceptionally well. We also received the apartment in a very good and clean condition. Our check in coordinator was also very kind and patient with us.

There should be a key fob given to access the front door. You have to move fast to open both doors before they lock again

The Location was great

I would recommend a token to open the garage door from the inside.

The apartment was great! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washer & dryer and all the towels/toiletries supplied. The location is ideal, outside the city but well connected. Only a quick bus or ferry trip away from either south Manhattan or the bus terminal which is around the corner from Times Square. The apartment is very secure with both a key code main building door and key code lock on the apartment door. James who assisted with our check-in and the lead up was very helpful. We didn’t spend too much time in the apartment as we were out in the city most of the days but the time we did spend was great! The area of Hoboken is very quiet and friendly so it was great to come back and relax after being in the city. The main street is only a 20 minutes walk and has lot of shops and places to eat too if needed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rebook if we visit New York again.
