Бронювала номер на букінгу. Приїхала о 21-й, на рецепції нікого не було, за вказаним номером не відповідали слухавку 30 хв. Тому просто ніхто не заселив. І довелось шукати інше помешкання

Місцерозтащування, номера, чистота

Були поломані занавіски, про які персонал знав і нічого не зробили. У кімнаті з 6 лампочок працювало спочатку 4, потім дві. Коли звернувся до персоналу про їх заміну на момент виїзду їх ніхто не ппоміняв
