Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Pokoje w porządku. Bez udziwnień, w krakowskim staromiejskim stylu, choć wymagające lekkiego odświeżenia.

The receptionist was nice and helpful, but that's about all that we liked about this place.

The matresses were very uncomfortable, overused, and different thickness. There we old dust all over the place, some spots and corners haven't been cleaned for a long time. The room was over a bar, so there were drunk people shouting at night until the bar closed. The place might be ok for a group of party people to crash, but not for someone looking for a comfortable stay.

Grocery shop next to main entrance, nice view from balcony, good location.

Quite expensive price as for Poland. When I tried to get to my room firstly - no-one been at reception. When I was trying to call them - it's no response during 20 mins. I selected a room with private bathroom and my "private bathroom" was another room which is I had to go through the common corridor and open it by another key. Was it comfortable? I guess no. Expected to have a bathroom in my room.
