Bardzo miła i gościnna właścicielka. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Kutaisi, trudno byłoby znaleźć lepszą.

Pokój ma słabą wentylację, bardzo szybko robi się w nim duszno. W chłodne dni jest to dość uciążliwe, bo nie można zostawić okna otwartego na cały czas. Pokój był dość ciemny, ponieważ za oknem był mur (jakby w przyziemiu). Wynika to z faktu, że budynek znajduje się na wzgórzu.
