המקום היה יפה ומאוד. נקי. הבריכה מצויינת. יש פינות ישיבה רבות יחסית לגודל המלון. שקט. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד מאוד. מיטות נוחות. יש בר חמוד עם אוכל ושתיה שעזר לנו לסגור ארוחות קלות עם הילדים. מגבות לבריכה. חוף ים צמוד.

היה מאוד בעייתי עבורינו שלא הצליחו לסדר את החדרים שלנו בסמיכות זה לזה וזה הקשה עלינו. ביקשנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר בשל דחייה בטיסה שקיבלנו ונדרשנו לשלם מחיר מלא על החדר. מה שלא עשינו כמובן. קיבלנו אישור להישאר ברחבת המלון עד 13:00 אבל כשניגשנו להתקלח במקלחות חוץ לפני הטיסה ביקשו מאיתנו לא להתקלח. חבל שלא מראש ידענו שאי אפשר להתקלח בחוץ לפני הטיסה.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service

Matratzen sehr weich, nicht komfortabel Viele Raucher beim Frühstück, Areale nicht getrennt bzw. keine Hinweisschilder Rauchen konnten auch auf den Balkonen wahrgenommen werden —> sehr unangenehm Zimmerservice oberflächlich

The garden with the pool and bar is super nice and you could go straight to the beach, the staff was kind and friendly, there was also a large parking place. We had a nice terrace on front of our room. Everything was clean and we had two A/Cs in the room.

We didn't like the bed, the mattress was uncomfortable and too soft, sometimes the bed was making creaky sounds. Also the bathroom is really small and some kind of automatic air refreshener was making terrible sound wich was waking me up during the night. It would be nice to have some glasses for drinking or even cups and a kettle, this is usually standard in hotels.
