Lovely apartment that was cosy and comfortable but also enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Spotlessly clean and thoughtful welcome basket. Very quiet and peaceful spot near cross country track but still close to everything. A lovely 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Ski bus on main road short walk away. The owner was really helpful and friendly but not obtrusive..We would 100 per cent recommend.

We do like a washing machine in apartment but there was one near the garage downstairs and it was never a problem to use and actually worked out fine. Probably need winter tyres due to location but roads are cleared quickly so again not a problem and on a snowing day used the bus.

Great quiet location but also near enough to restaurants and shops. Just by the walking route which is great with the dogs. Apartment is spacious and modern with good facilities.

Limited TV options in the lounge, Netflix would be good, however wasn’t a problem this holiday as we were very busy.

A sofa in the living room would be welcome.

We were 2 families that booked the two deluxe apartments. It has worked great as we could easily visit each other and spend time together in the evening but also have our privacy when we wanted. The apartments are very nice, modern but it rustic style that is cozy and fits so well in the mountains. Athos was super nice, easy to communicate with, easy check-in and check-out. Beds and bedding were quite comfy, the apartments were clean and functional. The house itself is in a quiet location a bit out of center but you can reach everything you need within minutes by car or even by walking (stores, restaurants, ski lifts). There is a ski room you can use and also a washer in the house. Great week of skiing in Livigno, would stay again. Grazie :)

Toaster would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful family, nice location. We would highly recommend it. Great dog walk right in front of the door.
