The staff were so responsive we had a 2bedroom just for us big enough than I expected extra beds if we could have had visitors.

Close to other people without compromising privacy. The staff, especially at the gate, were fantastic.

The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. There was dust in many places, such as the TV cabinet. The shower was clogged when we arrived. This was sorted but ideally management should check the units before guests check in.

Shower in my room was running cold not warm or hot water and it flooded on the floor otherwise awesome place definitely will return

Good location on Rhapta road. Artcafe, multiple spas, and Chandarana within walking distance. Askari were helpful with bags and other odd requests.

You should not be expecting a fully serviced hotel like experience when you come here. Reception is almost always closed and the only way to get in touch with management is to message through booking.com or to use a local cell phone since the phones in the rooms are not hooked up to anything. Wi-Fi/Internet is incredibly slow; there is no reason for this since there are multiple fast fiber providers in the area. This is closer to a self service airbnb than a hotel. When we arrived we had friends bring us towels, toilet paper, and some supplied for the kitchen because they were not provided. Upon checking with management they confirmed that consumables are generally not provided beyond basics you may find on your first day, however in our case they weren't provided at all. During our 3 week stay we had to ask for fresh towels at least 3 times because they would be picked up by housekeeping but not replaced. We had an entire 500ml bottle of dish soap mysteriously consumed while we were not in the apartment. The overall cleanliness was barely acceptable with us needing to plead with housekeeping multiple times to thoroughly clean the floors, change the linens. and wash other surfaces before they met our standards. There was an issue of ants on the toilet during our entire stay. Compound was quite and seemed secure.
