Lovely comfortable stay in the heart of Westlands Nairobi, walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping malls. The place has all necessary amenities and a few nice to have extras for most similar places. Really good security in the building.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was lovely and clean with all the mod cons we needed. Great facilities in the building. A great place to stay in nairobi!

A smart apartment in a smart block of flats. The owner accepted the booking and then informed me upon arrival that the room was not available for the first night. It being late in the evening, I had to make my own arrangements to stay in another apartment in the same block which was inferior and cost me an extra 25USD for the first night. I asked the owner to settle the balance in cost between the two apartments as the error was hers and she declined. Poor service.

Water heater for shower was not working? took a cold one. else instructions for switching it on were not handy

This is my second stay here and the apartment is as good as ever. The beds are comfortable with lovely cotton sheets and pillows. Bathroom is well fitted and the water is hot with good shower pressure. The roof top terrace, pools and city views are amazing especially after dark. The washing machine is so useful and kitchen well fitted. I also really like the little touches of tea coffeee and a few snacks on arrival. That's going above and beyond in my view. Location in Westgate is excellent

There is some late night noise from a nearby nightclub but that is hardly the owner's fault and the restaurant in the building is seriously over priced. Avoid the cocktails, yuk! Again not the fault of the apartment. Just of advice really.
