On the first night of my stay, I was given a room with shared amenities instead of the apartment I initially booked on Booking.com. This room was not and is not featuring on the property's site. The landlord politely refused to reimburse the price difference for this night on the grounds of high season. Although I was given a room with an ensuite bathroom for the days two and three I am disappointed about the lack of transparency and complete incoherence and downgrading of what I paid for and what I got. Other than that, the landlord was kind and polite throughout the stay.
