Villa Dima

The location to the beach is great and farther away from the more touristy, busy parts of the island. The room was clean and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was really good, but is not included in the price of the stay.

The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Manager was very cooperative. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also centrally located and close to the beach.

The bathroom was very small. The shower area was so small that a person could hardly stand.

Dimitri was very sweet although my room wasn’t ready upon arrival because I arrived earlier at 09:00am I had such a long route and I just wanted to drop my things off and eat, but luckily Margarita gave me a great breakfast and it was lovely. I also want to thank Andrei for being so patient and happy to pickup me from airport and bring me to Villa Dima. The other staff was so helpful definitely increases in value. 10/10

The rooms are clean, with excellent cleaning service; the lady is very quick and skilled. Towels are changed daily.

If you have a bed and breakfast arrangement and want to travel around the island, you will likely encounter an issue. According to the breakfast schedule, it starts at 8:30. Any request for an earlier time hasn't been accommodated. So, if you want to catch a bus at 9, you won't have a chance to eat. The breakfast service usually starts around 8:40, often at 8:45, and only then do they begin preparing breakfast. You have a slim chance of making both breakfast and the 9 o'clock bus. One family even ate standing up in just 5 minutes to catch the bus, even though they arrived for breakfast at 8:30. At that time, there was nobody there except other waiting guests for breakfast. The space wasn't open until 8:45, when breakfast preparation began. Breakfast for 2 people over 7 days consisted of 6 half-slices of salami, 6 half-slices of cheese, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 9 servings of jam, 4 pieces of butter, 2 Greek yogurts with honey, a glass of water, a glass of fresh orange juice, a cup of coffee or tea, and 12 toasted triangular slices of bread. No vegetables or fruits. Not suitable for gluten or lactose intolerance. The water in the bathroom can occasionally be cold if there are more guests staying.

Dimitri and his team were outstanding. Helpful in every way! Cute and comfortable accommodations. Black sand beach was and restaurants were easy to get to as well as great food and fair prices. It’s a hidden gem in Perissa with a great view to the blue-dome church , we loved our room. We would come back and stay again. Thank you Dimitri
