"The worst reception I have ever experienced"

The property was normal it’s like one or two star hotels

The people, they were very rude and disrespectful, when I arrived, they let me stayed more than 40 minutes to clean the room. It’s not supposed to be on booking.com I took the stairs down and it was very scary, the door for laundry was opened and people shooting and drying sheets.
