"overall, the house is super clean"

The place is very clean, no stain, no mould in the bathroom. Provided iphone charger. Provided kitchen towel, provided clip wrap. I like when it has a mini kitchen for me to cook in my room. it has washing machine and dryer. it does not have daily housekeeping.

the bed is not stable, give alot of sound when you turn yourself on the bed. I was worried the bed might break anytime. Location is not near any station, so if you drive, then is fine. It would be good if can provide dustbin paper bags so that we can change the dustbin paper bags when is full. The toothbrush provided is coated with toothpaste and can only be used once. so it would be good to have toothbrush and toothpaste seperately

room size is fair for small family. the house is well-designed.

The bed is too soften. We felt a bit painful on our back after woke up.

Good residential location on the south side of Sapporo so easy access to Jozankei mountain area.

The access and gardens needed some tidying and maintaining

I loved how pretty the property was! We didn’t spend anytime outside but we could see there was a nice deck where other parties were having barbecues. We were just in town for two Nippon Ham Fighters games so we were gone for most of the day, but it was so comfortable to come home to! Loved the cute touch of having our name on the door. The bed was super comfy, the AC worked perfectly, and even though we didn’t use all of the amenities (dishes, stove, etc), I appreciated them being there as an option.

I was surprised that we didn’t see any staff while we there, but then again we never needed anything. We got an email with check-in instructions that was very helpful. I really don’t have any negative things to say about this property!

Plenty of space in the room and the common areas, it was comfortable for the two of us.

The temperature was difficult to regulate around the bed to sleep comfortably. A fan or another AC unit closer to the bed would be beneficial.
