Very friendly and helpful staff. This building is so nice it’s almost out of place.

Waiting for the after-hours guard to open the security gate leaves a bit to be desired.

Very clean and modern. Somewhat small but met my needs.

It looks like a pretty new place and everything was clean and tidy and in decent condition. Reasonably priced for what you get. The room is fairly small but it's comfortable and the AC works well. Location is a bit remote but not bad if you don't mind a walk. Taxis don't know it though. Staff were all nice and polite and helpful and the laundry shop did a good fast job on my laundry.

Just a few small niggles really that could be addressed to make the place better. 1. I couldn't get the shower to give me hot water maybe my mistake as they did have a heater there but I couldn't get it to work 2. The WiFi was really pretty poor in the room and even mobile data sometimes struggled 3. Having to get the security guard to open the gate at night 4. Apparently no place to store luggage is available 5. The TV didn't appear to work as it had no channels available ... Again might be my issue as I didn't persist with it. Didn't see an HDMI cable to connect my laptop

This property doesn't exist. I asked the loacals and they didn't know the property. It is a scam and I will never use Booking.com again. You took my $3000 peso.

quiet, clean, and new staff are nice place is secured

-the glass walls on the cr on room 4. you can see the person inside the cr because it is not frosted and there are no curtains to conceal it. it is a family room by the way. -no daily housekeeping to clean our trash and sweep the floor of the room -on our first night there was no water and the staff leaves at 8pm so there was no one to assist us except the guard who has no idea on who to contact for our water problem.

The staff were very helpful. Building & facilities look modern. The internet's strong but intermittent. Unli-Netflix/YT, etc. The bar ref looks good though it wasn't cooling enough. Close to the famous lechon street/area (Burgos, Poblacion/Tabunok) - about 8 to 10 min. tricycle ride. There's also a nice convenience store & a laundry shop on the G/F. The road may look freakish after passing by Flying V but will get better on the way to MJ Bldg.

No bidet & hair dryer. Also, the t&b's door was hard to close. The address was also a bit difficult to find on the maps/Grab app (we had to choose Manora Apt. as pickup pt. when we booked as MJ Pension Haus' located just across the said apt).

Clean room with warm shower and nice staff.

I didn't like that every time i went out and wanted to go in again, i had to ask a guard to open the door for me.
