Best part has to be the location. So conveniently located with supermarkets (hiperdino)/ shopping malls (mogan mall) around the corner. It is in the perfect tourist hotspot and beaches are a stones throw away. Our room was modern, well furnished, and had the most stunning ocean views. The onsite restaurant/ shop is affordable and mega useful. Staff are available on whatsapp 24/7 and responsive.

However, it is not family friendly as advertised. Especially if you have small children/ use a buggy. Parking comes with a hefty fee. Getting around the location, a car is needed so this is something to be mindful of. Though there are access to buses. When you have children under 3 the hotel cannot meet your needs. Stairs everywhere. Bigger rooms do not have any step free access at all. This caused us inconvenience and great discomfort travelling back and forth to get out of the hotel. The stairs are very steep. It is not wheelchair accessible/ pushchair friendly if you require a bigger family room. Staff saw us struggle with luggage/ baby items and were unable to provide a solution. There are cockroaches everywhere! We were told this is normal on the island, but what makes this worse is there is no regular servicing. Housekeeping happens every 3 days so you are expected to lay in your own filth. They did not change our baby cribs and it is no secret how prone crib sheets are to spills. So your children will likely sleep in their own mess too. Food spills- no housekeeping- attracts more cockroaches which roll around whilst your small children sleep in cribs which are closer to the ground. Hotel price and location was fab but we want young families to be aware of some struggles so you do not struggle in the same way. Bins are not changed either so nappies stay in the room and the smell permeates through the hot warm air. Brilliant. Staff tried their best to cheer us up at the end and offered some lovely ways to recompensate but does not diminish our experience overall. We think families should be aware. But if you are not frightened of cockroaches and dont mind the steps/ not too particular about housekeeping then everything else is great. Staff us commendable for sure.

The property was amazing, spacious apartment, good privacy and beautiful view, there was everything we needed.

The only issue was the parking, they should improve that as mostly every spot was taken at all times, whenever we got there we were trying our luck. Got lucky sometimes and some had to park down the hill and walk back up the hill.
