Foundry Hotel Apartments

The check in to the property was very easy and I got very detailed information from the hotel. The neighborhood was also lovely close to a park and water. The room was very spacious and clean. Though, we had booked a stay for 3 people and the second bed was prepared and they wasn't any towel set for the third person. However, when we let the staff know they were very fast to help and accommodate us.

The first night we stayed at the hotel, we were waken up in the morning with the fire alarm. The fire department arrived, but we were never informed if it was a mistake or if there was a fire situation. I think we would appreciate something to be communicated by the staff. The good thing, though, is that the alarm is working and the firemen came very fast!

Las indicaciones para entrar fueron muy útiles y la llave fue fácil de conseguir. La cocina y el baño estaban completamente equipados. Todo muy limpio, ordenado y amplio.

La alarma de incendios sonó a las 7 am. Un poco lejos del centro.

Sehr gute Lage , fußläufig zur Innenstadt und schön am Fyrisån gelegen. Gute Kommunikation und leichter Checkin. Ordentliche Küchenausstattung, bequemes Bett.

Ich hatte diesesmal ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, Nr. 6. Dort kann man die Fenster nur kippen und hat keinerlei Aussicht. (Vor drei Jahren Apartment im Obergeschoss mit guter Sicht). Die Straße fühlt sich dann auch sehr nah an. Im Bad fehlte ein Fußabtreter. Für mich als Leserin sehr nachteilig: keine Nachttischlampe und auch keine Steckdose am Bett in diesem Raum.

Good sized apartment, great location in downtown Uppsala, quiet and comfortable.

No toaster. We didn’t realise the loft ceiling was so low and you could not stand upright.
