The room size was great, as was the bathroom. Facilities all available as expected. Bed super comfortable. Location fine as tram service to Bordeaux centre is excellent. Breakfast ample. Staff on reception very nice and helpful.

The smell in the room. The water pipes had a very strong (unpleasant) smell most immediately evident on entering the room. And minor but important details such as deteriorated skirting boards. The general hallway decor contrasts negatively with the nice colourful modern vibe in reception.

Stanza essenziale, niente fronzoli. Tavolino, frigo e piastre tutto presente e funzionante.

Il letto matrimoniale erano due letti singoli attaccati, e anche molto mobili, con il rischio di cadere in mezzo. Cuscini con macchie pregresse. In 4 giorni non sono mai state fatte le pulizie

The room was a very good size, well equipped with kitchenette. Had good natural light, work space and small dinning table. Modern building with a bus stop nearby.

I didn´t like the cleanliness, when I entered, the faucet was full with water, it didn't give a good impression. There was an ongoing noise from the kitchenette air ventilation, made it uncomfortable to relax. And the coffee machine leaked. Also, my room had like a facilty room next door, and everytime someone entered, the wall of the bed vibrated, very unpleasant, too.
