USUSThe rooms were large. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had great food and drinks, the prices seemed high, like most of Holland.
The heaters were off or on a very low seating when I arrived. Temperatures outside were +/- 0 degrees C The WIFI which was advertised a benefit. But it was not working properly, I was often lucky to get 10 minutes without it dropping. While I voiced my concerns to the staff shortly after check-in, 2 more times during my stay and when checking out. As this was listed as a benefit, I feel that the property should have offered a partial refund for service not provided. Regretfully the staff, saw it as a normal occurrence, that required no action on their part.
