Some door handles need maintenance

Çok keyifliydi, odamız kocaman ve muhteşem dönme dolap manzaralıydı. Şehrin en canlı yerlerine çok yakın ve merkezi. Aynı zamanda havalimanından merkeze gelen otobüs durağına 5 dk yürüme mesafesi. Tertemizdi televizyon yenilenmiş akıllı tv vardı duşta da hiç sorun yaşamadık. Çalışanlar da oldukça tatlıydı. Hiç düşünmeden tavsiye ederim

Tek eksik bence odada bir boy aynası

The location was good. The view from the flat window was good with the wheel lit up at night. The bed was comfy. I like the fact that there was enough space for me to write what we did not like about this place. Thankfully the city more than made up for this disappointing Zoom Apts.

I received two emails requesting arrival time. Both answered, both immediately returned. Something wrong with communications. I even wrote an email to the website but was not replied to. We had no internet access so I had to pay for a phone call in a bar to call the owner for the entry instructions. This could have been sent days in advance like all other accommodations did. We wasted a lot of time trying to gain entry to the flat. Even when we gained entry, to reenter the key code number outside the building gave an Err. error message. We brought food to cook as self-catering but a one ring stove that didn´t work. So we had to eat out which was not our plan after an 11 hour journey. I asked by text for the stove to be replaced but was sarcastically told how to use an induction stove. Actually I have never used an induction stove in my life, none were present in our six previous locations. I suggest putting some written instructions. Also, how can an accommodation be sold as self-catering if it has only a one ring stove and one pot? One single pot and a small pan. Totally inadequate. We hoped to speak with someone before heading out to explore after 9am, but although we were informed that reception was open and manned from 8.30, there was still nobody there.
