Location is great. It is right by the beach and in a quiet area of Faliraki, which is easy to walk to the party center for the ones who wish to. The owner does not seem to be the peoples' person type, but accommodated our request of having an upper floor room with at least some sea view after the first night, and changed the kettle when we reported it broken. The beach is clean and quite enough without blasting music. There are tavernas and cafes for food and drinks. It is sandy enough to comfortably walk in the sea. You can either rent a sunbed and umbrella for 10 EUR a day per person, or bring your own for free. The tawerna owned by our host did not allow it, but other establishments next door also let people use the sunbeds and umbrellas for free after 17:30.

The beds are quite old and worn out, therefore not very comfortable. There was no TV in the room as the description said it did, but we didn't need it, so that was ok.

Apartament bardzo blisko plaży Kathara; kilka kroków. Wyposażenie kuchni podstawowe, można samemu przygotować prosty posiłek. Budynek znajduje sie na obrzeżach Faliraki, więc jest cicho. W pobliżu znajduje sie przystanek autobusowy i kilka sklepików. W okolicy znajduje się kilka restauracji. Do centrum Faliraki krótki spacer.

Location is excellent numerous shops nearby and a stones throw to the beach.

Riscontrati vari problemi,appena arrivati nessuna informazione,sul cellulare poche ore prima mi è solo arrivato il numero della stanza e dovevamo orientarci solo con quello,0 check in o check out,numero di stanza pure sbagliato,solo dopo e venuto a dirci che era un'altra stanza la nostra, riscontrato anche problemi con il frigo,non è stato tolto il ghiaccio dal freezer, in più perdeva e ci siamo ritrovati l'entrata con un lago per terra

We were supposed to have four beds, but there were only three and an extra bed, which was uncomfortable. Litlle dishes, It was not possible to cook (but for us it wasn’t a problem as we preferred to eat out)

Le camere erano sporche. Il bagno si allagava e le lenzuola erano gialle. Il personale poco accogliente

The location was amazing. So close to the beach. The balcony was a bonus, even though we didn't have the best view. The room was very spacious for the family of four. Air conditioning was a life saver in the August heat. The owner helped us to order a taxi to the airport.

Wifi was great the first few days. Unfortunately the last few days there was no wifi in our room. It worked only outside our room. Sadly after a full day of activities kids spent their evenings sitting in Hallway/staircase winding down.
