The establishment is in the centre of Ioannina and the old town is in walking diststance. The room (we had a family room where the sofa opened out into a couch) was spacious. There were some very basic products that could be consumed for a basic breakfast.

Note that the parking on the street in front of the hotel is charged 5 euros per night (the price, from what I can see, is not explicitly stated in the terms on the 'Booking.com' site).
