Čisto, výborná dostupnost na výlety.

Schöne FeWo. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr geschmackvoll. Auch die Außenanlage mit verschiedenen Sitzecken/Grillecke ist sehr schön. Parken auf dem Gelände möglich. Ruhige Lage. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und man kann schön draußen sitzen. Alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Zwischenreinigung in der Woche wo wir dort waren. Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Aber mit etwas Improvisation geht es schon. Gefrierfach vorhanden. Leider ohne Backofen und Geschirrspüler. In jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Waschbecken vom Bad ist direkt im Schlafzimmer. Wenn man unterschiedliche Schlafenszeiten hat ist es etwas schwierig. Die Toilette und Dusche sind mit einer Tür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt. Bequeme Betten. Es gab sogar extra Strandhandtücher. Es gibt an den Fenstern/Balkontür Fliegengitter. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bäcker sind im Ort aber wir haben dafür immer das Auto genommen. War uns dann zu weit zum Laufen.

Appartamenti nuovi, noi abbiamo alloggiato nell’Orange, al piano terra, ma immagino siano speculari gli altri. Tutto funzionante e pulito, ottima la possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice comune all’esterno, parcheggio comodissimo privato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la consiglieremmo nei pressi di Kolymbia. Struttura a soli 5 min di macchina dalla spiaggia di Tsampika. Pulizia ogni 3 giorni sufficiente a nostro avviso.

Il bagno è molto piccolo, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi. Consiglieremmo di mettere delle porte scorrevoli perché agevolerebbero il passaggio. Potrebbe essere utile anche una tendina per la porta d’ingresso, per chi è abituato ad avere buio totale. Niente di essenziale, piccolissimi accorgimenti per renderla davvero perfetta

Juste des suggestions : les places de parking à l’intérieur sont étroites mais ce n’est pas grave au vu de ce que le logement offre ! Et on n’a pas trouvé la machine à laver

Quizá un solo baño puede resultar incomodo para compartir si el grupo no es una familia para cuatro personas. Las camas supletorias no son demasiado cómodas .La principal si que es muy cómoda.

Nice host, new cool apartment, quiet location. Equipped if you want to dine in.

The wi-fi was bad (as in most of Greece) and the bathroom is a bit small.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect! We stayed in the Orange apartment for 7 nights and had a great time. It was comfortable, clean and cosy. The location is very convenient if you plan to travel around to the most famous beaches. Also it was situated on a very picturesque street with Eucalyptus trees and only 15 minutes on foot from Kolimbia. There was a mini present waiting for us which was really kind. Also, there was an umbrella we could use when going to the beach which was also really convenient. The host was very friendly and helped us with recommendations on where to eat. Everything was perfect!

The only thing that can get better is to put a wardrobe. As we stayed for a longer time we had a little bit of trouble placing our clothes.
