Sportony Mountain Lodges

The stay was pleasant, but the rude behavior of the staff during checkout left us disappointed.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to poor customer service. Unlike standard hotels with a 12 pm checkout, this hotel's checkout time is 10 am, which was not communicated during check-in. At 10:30 am, staff knocked and informed us of the earlier checkout. Despite politely requesting time to pack, the staff member returned at 11:30 am with an unprofessional and rude attitude, even demanding extra charges. When we refused to pay due to the lack of prior information, she responded in an aggressive manner, stating they don’t want us back. Extremely poor experience, and this staff member is not fit for customer service.

Sportony Mountain Lodge is a perfect place for an extended stay. We spent almost a month there, and throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed with the exceptional level of service. Everyone at the lodge went above and beyond to enhance our experience. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, and the cleaning service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. 10/10

Buffet style breakfast, with mostly sweet offer (cereals, yoghurt, lot of delicious fruit, pastry, a variety of teas), but very tasty. Moreover we have been offered coffee and few mostly egg-based dishes from menu. I think it was better this way than having long tables full of food.

Perfectly renovated and clean. Great and helpful staff and awesome brekkie! Spa with multiple sauna options was great.

Didn't figure out a way to control the temperature in the room and it was a bit warm. The beds were a bit too firm for my liking.
