Comodo per il centro di Macerata. Bella vista. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto.

Le lenzuola erano sporche. Ce ne hanno indicate di riserva nel corridoio e le abbiamo sostituite noi. Abbiamo spesso trovato l'ingresso all'edificio aperto.

La pulizia. Bagno con finestra. Spaziosa

Odore di muffa. Assenza di un guardaroba. Vi era una stanzetta molto bassa ritagliata nel sottoscala. Con una poltrona delle stampelle ...e un similarmadio. Ambiente triste.
