"Great location but needs improving"

Clean and spacious apartment. Great location Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby.

No 24-hour reception. We had issues accessing property on arrival as the wrong code to access the property and, in correct telephone numbers, were on the booking.com app. When we went to speak to inform them, excuses were made. There is a security guard that hangs around the propertyif you can find them to show you to check you in.(non speaking english) Air conditioning in the apartment is not working. Photo shown. Out of order sign on unit. We opened windows to let air in but nosey due to work taking place across road and nikki beach parties. There are no signs around the apartments to direct you in the way of complex, so can be confusing once you arrive with no 24-hour reception. The pool didn't open until 11 a.m., which was strange too.
