The location is quite good for Maynooth.

The entry code was not provided as promised, requiring last-minute communications and undue stress. Restful sleep was impossible, because the temperature was way too warm, which could not be alleviated by opening windows (also worsening the noise from outside), and the window blind was damaged/not effective at blocking light from outside. Further, the bathroom sink and shower drain were both clogged, preventing adequate use for hygiene. The kitchenette tap was also quite loose. The other guests could be heard any time they would enter/exit or even just move around their rooms. It was an unpleasant experience overall.

arrived at the property to find there was no key to the room, checked evey single key holder in the building with my key code provided, only one that worked had no key inside. Called both numbers multiple times and no answer had to find alternative accommodation at 730pm on a friday evening which took me another 3 hours made me late for my event.

Had difficulty opening the lock box. The lever to open was very hard to pull down.

The apartment was well located on the main street and easily accessible. Ideally located for all amenities, shops, pubs, restaurants, parks etc. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. A lovely stay overall.

The pillows (Apartment 3) were very uncomfortable. Bulky and lumpy. We ended up using the throw cushions as pillows. A small amount of Milk in the fridge to make tea/coffee would be a nice touch.

This was not the room that we booked. It was smaller & not what we wanted or paid for.

The central heating didn’t work. When I called the property manager I was fobbed off and told it would be fixed but that never happened. Poor value for money, I felt ripped off.
