This is a great apartment. Could do with some refurnishing because a lot of stuff is broken, but all in all definitely a good place to stay.

The Novotel staff. Nowhere on Bali you will find a resort with a staff at reception that is rude and arrogant like here.

The location is great, staff are friendly, the resort and apartment were clean. The beds were comfortable, the air con was cold. A couple of upgrades would make this a 10/10.

The resort could benefit from an update and repairs, the apartment also could benefit from a few updates and repairs. The bath takes 20 minutes to fill and the shower water does not drain quickly at all. Overall was a good stay. The resort entertainment on New Years was sooooo loud and annoying.
