The road it is very dark in the night but its not fault of the residence

The place has a great location, you can visit all the Salento area and enjoy all the magnificent beaches. Also, near by you can enjoy really good restaurants for each paladar. The town of Presicce Acquarica also offers different seasonal events that you can participate for free in much of them. The personal of the residence are kind and helpful. They are going to treat you as a family. At the place you can get a good and variety breakfast every morning. Also you can get peace and relaxation. Just take your bags and visit this wonderful place you won't regret it. The South of Italy is full in history and cultural sightseeing that you can't miss it. I want to coming back anytime soon. I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Contrata Schite. I'm happy 😊

The residence is fantastic, a little oasis of peace and tranquility. Very well located for reaching several beach locations and other cities in Salento. The apartments are very spacious, nice kitchen and terrace for a dinner home in privacy but also the patio is very nice. Very clean and they provide clean towels and room cleaning everyday. The pool is nice, clean, beautiful and in the middle of the green and the garden is also spacious, beautiful and full of fruits and flowers, we actually took organic pears from the trees for my little one :) Il signor Ivano is very much welcoming and gentle, he prepares home made cakes, pizzas and jams for breakfast, it is just gorgeous. The team is very friendly, polite and professional. I absolutely recommend this place and I am very much looking forward to be back, Grazie Sig. Ivano
