Niramaya Villa

Tranquil spot just a few minutes from the main streets & the beach. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday. Rooms are serviced daily & the ladies here are just lovely. The apartments are clean, the bathrooms sufficiently so & for the price, there’s nothing to dislike or fault.

We had a great time at Niramaya Villa. It was good value for money, lovely staff and a nice pool. Also not a long walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The staff here are amazing. On our first night our room wasn’t ready because the toilet broke soon before our arrival. The situation was dealt with amazingly and we were put up in Kusuma Resort a nearby accommodation which was just as lovely as Niramaya. When we eventually moved to Niramaya after a few nights it was a lovely place to stay.

Nothing

The location was excellent, just a brief 5-minute walk from the main street with restaurants, pubs, and retail shops, yet the villa itself nestled in serene tranquility. The pool is small but clean and well-kept. Additionally, the beach was conveniently within a 10-minute walk from the villa.

The only thing is, there was no aircon or fan in the living room, so we had to leave the aircon's on in both the rooms to cool the living space. Since we were out the whole day, only came back in the evenings, it was not a huge issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Niramaya Villa. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. Also it's located in a busy area, it was really quite and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The owner met me right as I arrived. Very close to the beach, stores and cafes, but still tucked a bit away on a quiet street. Room was pre-cooled for arrival with AC (perhaps a bit to much even).

Water in the shower wasn't as warm as I'd prefer.

How quiet it was, but still in the heart of the hustle Bed made up everyday, room serviced.

Absolutely love this place and I stay often.

Located on quiet backstreet within short walk to markets and restaurants. Friendly staff. Pool welcome from heat

I had the front room of the villa onto entry courtyard. Noisy with scooter parking at front of room and people coming and going all hours. 1 small window and door was not enough for airflow and light into room. Very dark and dingy feeling. Had to have the aircon going constantly. Cleaning on the room was poor. Shower was slimy and not cleaned all week I was there. Towels not changed regularly. Sheets threadbare and stained.
