the interior is nice, a few km from the beach. there are few stores nearby and a coffee shop cum front desk at the entrance of the hotel. fridge and cutleries are available in the room. bed and sittings are comfortable, however, some chairs need refurbishing. a huge tv set with an internet connection. coffee shop at the entrance offers delightful sandwiches. a good number of storage if you're planning for a long time stay. secured facility with lots of cctv

if you're looking for a hotel room and services, this is not the place you would plan to go. there's no daily cleaning and room service as most common hotel services normally have. you have to throw your own garbage and clean your own toilet. cleanliness is quite questionable as we have received our room with not-so-clean rugs and utensils that we needed to clean again. the breakfast is quite expensive as we have served 1 plate of mixed cheese and smoked salmon and it was intended for 2 people. breakfast for the second day was not served, as they have no system to monitor to whom or what you have availed. bring your own luggage as no one will help you with it. the elevator is quite skinny. I need to take the stairs while my wife and our son's stroller barely fit it. but good to have one than nothing. communications are through WhatsApp and it's not 24 hours.

Very comfortable beds, close to the main station and well connected with public transport.

This apartment building is amazing! Everything looks really new and well taken care of. Location is very convenient, it has a coffee shop in the ground floor and a mini super market in the corner of the street.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the blinds did not go all the way down so daylight got into the room the minute the sun was out. Other than that, the place is perfect.

I would say location is great but not best location. Sarona market is near which is great, but if you wanna get to the cafes/restaurants area you need to walk around 15+ minutes to get to Rothschild. Which is not that bad but still I would say that its not in the area if you're looking for that.

Staff was very friendly, approchable and helpful.

Drain in the shower could not cope with the amount of water from the shower - you had to be very careful not to flood the bathroom.
