房間打掃得相當乾凈，雖然離火車鐵軌不遠，但隔音效果良好，晚上相當安靜，可好好休息。 平日住房價格合理，有機會會再選擇入住。

浴室缺乏掛架或掛勾，洗澡時要替換的衣物沒地方放。 廁所衛生紙直接放在馬桶水箱上，使用上不是很方便。 大浴缸的水不是很熱，微溫，感覺跟之前住的礁溪溫泉 飯店的水不太一樣。

房間內部，尤其是牆壁，感覺需要在修整一下，床容易有聲音
