"Need to improve room titles and descriptions to give a correct idea to customers"

The location was good. They extended my checkout time by an hour.

The titles and descriptions were misleading. For example I had booked a Junior Suite but it was a simple room, without permission to use the Air conditioner. While they showed me that my booking was for a non AC room, it was unclear in my booking voucher. They were ready to give ac access on an additional payment but I thought I had already paid a fair amount hence refused to have it.
