Tv channels - very limited choice Tv poor standard At arrival.. did not prepare for R500 cash deposit, as we were not informed about requirement

Nice rooms, the staff was friendly and so helpful.

The facilities are better that the ones on pictures

They can improve on the reception

THEY HIDE THE PET FEE, R400 FOR TWO SMALL DOGS. IT IS HIDDEN IN THE FINE PRINT. IT IS ALMOST THE SAME PRICE AS AN ADULT. HALF A TOILER PAPER ROLL. HAD TO ASK FOR A KETTLE AND HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS AS WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM DIFFERENT TO THE ONE WE BOOKED. ALSO ONLY ONE FORK, A GAS STOVE WITHOUT A GAS BOTTLE, PAID EXTA FOR THE SELF CATERING OPTION

Other room does have windows smelling mold, cattle was not working, sofa very few only 3 people table chairs are too old. On the dispatcher day ther was no water we use pool water to bath no access to toilets cause ther was no water since prevouse night

Staff shortages ( 1 cleaner for the whole units) resulting rooms not cleaned at d specific time. We have to call them for things like toilet papers. Gallery is not what's you find more specifically exterior view. Other than that we enjoyed our weekend
