Summer Dream

Posizione ottima per visitare il sud dell'isola. Tutti i servizi sono vicini. Accoglienza fantastica, appartamento pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vista stupenda. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons logé dans 2 chambres l'une à coté de l'autre, grande, avec kitchenette, et jolie terrasse avec très jolie vue sur mer et jardin, sans vis à vis, et avons bien profité de la très grande terrasse à l’étage qui jouit d'une magnifique vue sur la Mer et la côte et qui est agréablement aménagée. Parking. Bel ensemble, bien entretenu. Notre hôte a été très disponible et à l’écoute, et nous a donné donné beaucoup de conseils sur son île. Vlachata est bien placée pour visiter Céphalonie. Salle de bain bien aérée. Ménage tous les 2 jours. Plages agréables à proximité.

Probleme avec la climatisation d enotre chambre qui n'etait pas optimale en cette periode tres chaude. Nous avons eu besoin de différents articles de cuisine, absents, que notre hôte nous a fait passer.

Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, τρομερή θέα στη θάλασσα και όλες οι παροχές του ήταν άριστες! Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν επίσης εξαιρετικοί, σου δίνεται η εντύπωση πως είσαι σε μονοκατοικία! Χρήστο σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Christos was great host, I have only nice words for him. View from the terrace was excellent and room in general was super clean. Location is good for exploring Kefalonia, about 20 min drive from Argostoli.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in coppia, un angolo di paradiso nel vero senso della parola, camera dotata di tutto il necessario, anche se avevamo la camera vista giardino si scorgeva benissimo il mare, nessun rumore se non quello delle cicale, rilassantissimo, e infine Christos il proprietario é stato di una gentilezza e cortesia unica, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda o evenienza, grazie di tutto

Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell uovo mancava la zanzariera in bagno e il materasso non era dei piu comodi.

The beds are comfortable, it is very quiet and peaceful during the day, especially at night. The room is spacious and there is always hot water. The host Chirsto is very kind, welcoming and helpful. The internet was exelent, unlike the other places in Greece. The view is stunning, the room is cleaned every day.

The house is on a hill, and you definitely need a car for here (a smaller one is recomended, because the paths to the local beach and most of the roads on the island are pretty tight. Vlachata is not a big village, and everything is on hills. The nearest beach Lourdata is 5 minutes by car, walking would be too difficult because it's a hill and not close at all to walk on the heat. The kitchen utilities should be improved (more various dishes, glasses etc...) We've read the room policies and it said that the towels have to be changed every 2 days, but in our 9 nights stay they were changed only once. In the morning sun is coming on the balcony and our umbrella was broken, so we couldn't use it. The mosquito net should be also repaired because it has holes, so one night we were sleeping with a cat in our room which smugged under the net. We love animals and that was a funny experience for us, but it wouldn't be for someone else. All in all, we had a lovely time and weather, and if you come unprepared, be sure that Christo will tell everything that you should know (places to go, and where to eat), precisely drawn on a map.
