Nice looking and comfortable

It was very loud, we were woken up repeatedly. We were expecting baths in the bathrooms as the pictures of our rooms showed, but we got showers. I asked for TV and didn’t get one.

Perhaps the furniture could be a little upgraded to match the exquisite exterior

We were attending a family wedding at the hotel and the hotel was closed to other guests , so the hotel had the feel of a private house for the duration of our stay. The house, built in about 1900 in the style of a French manoir and renovated ten or so years ago is simply furnished with well chosen antique furniture and a pleasing lack of bric a brac enhances the spacious rooms that overlook the surrounding parkland. Overall a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Ever friendly and efficient staff produced sumptuous and abundant breakfasts and wedding feast.

Shower in room not well positioned and rather feeble. I found it difficult to contact the hotel.

After a long flight, this place is heaven

I enjoyed my short stay in this cosy manor house. Supportive and welcoming staff, room with a balcony, and a piece of nature nearby.
