"Great place"

Great area, the flat was very clean, spacious and large. The host was extremely efficient and reactive. I would very much recommend this flat

The apartment and the overall service were very disappointing. When we arrived at the agreed check-in time, the apartment was still dirty and had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Nobody welcomed us in person — the host only called us on the phone to say that the apartment would be cleaned in two hours. We were traveling with a baby and a small child, so this situation was especially inconvenient and stressful for us. After two hours, we received another call saying the apartment was ready, but again, nobody came to meet us or assist us. On top of that, the boiler was turned off, so there was no hot water in the apartment.
