Very well presented and clean apartment. Exceptional service - they keep checking on you daily, making sure everything is alright

Pedestrian area location sounds perfect. Unfortunately the apartment building backs onto the noisy restaurant with live and loud music going on until 2:00 am every night

Einrichtung schön, zentrale Lage.

Zunächst unzureichende Wegbeschreibung, nach Telefonat Video mit Wegbeschreibung erhalten. Ein vorab ausgemachter Parkplatz war nicht frei und auch nicht markiert, sodass fremde Fahrzeuge den Platz nutzen. Gebucht für 6 Personen - Handtücher und Badetücher sowie Bettzeug nur für 4 Personen vorbereitet (wurde nach Telefonat nachgebracht). Der Gastgeber hat nach stattgefundenem und vor Ort bezahltem Aufenthalt wie gebucht auf booking meine Buchung wegen angeblichen Nichterscheinen storniert. Dies ist nicht korrekt, wurde trotz versuchter Kontaktaufnahme direkt durch mich und auch über den Kundenservice weder korrigiert noch mit einer Antwort reagiert!
