Apartamentos Carruna

Third visit, need I say more :)

We Have stayed here a few times before, and it never disappoints. Marta and her staff are always on hand to help, and nothing is to much trouble for them; the room is spotlessly clean, as is the pool area, the room has the best appointed kitchen of anywhere that I have stayed before. there are fresh towels and the room is cleaned five times a week. the location is perfect for us, with a suppermarket across the road and plenty of bars and restaurants close to hand.The beech and strip are only a short walk away. we have aready booked for next year

There is nothing about this apartment that we didnt like

A small balcony parasol would of come in handy due to the strong sunshine particularly in the early evenings (especially front facing apartments)but I really cannot fault this hidden gem! xx

The Apartment was extremely comfortable and in a brilliant location. Marta and her team were genuinely friendly hosts and extremely helpful. We will definitely come back to stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

There are some restaurants around the location and a large supermarket across the street.

The location is very noisy, drunk people shouting out on the street. The bedroom has no airco, so you need to use the airco in the living room to cool the whole apartment. Every now and then there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. Hard to find a parking spot while we were outside the season.

The property was spotlessly clean and gets cleaned every day apart from Sunday and Thursday. Very good location as there are lots of nice restaurants locally and a supermarket and a large Aldi nearby . Also nice beeches within walking distance, Marta was so nice , kind and extremely helpful in allowing us an early check in and we were able able to use the pool and outdoor facilities after we checked out on our last day .The area is nice and a short uber ride into the Old town .Also lots of towels provided and we could even borrow parasol’s and take them to the beech.!

The balcony was a little small to accommodate 4 people but this is very minor. Everything else was excellent .

I have stayed at the Carruna a few times before, and will certainly be going back. Our host Marta, is always very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Extremely clean appartment and friendly staff! Thanks for such a nice care, talks and freindly atmosphere. Nicely decorated and staffed appartment with all necessary in there. As in the middle of the city a bit noisy, because directly on the road.

Traffic noise, especially the idiotic motorbike drivers at night.
