Place was neat and tidy, the room size was huge and the washroom was pretty good too.

The check in process was not good the person did not know anything he gave the wrong room key, long waiting time to check in. The person next morning was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful made the whole experience bitter, will not be going back there ever They should fire Arvind he’s spoiling the place

The inside facilities, room space

The service...they did not clean the room and the toilet for 2 days after repeated reminders.
