Smaller building with only 2 rooms per floor. Nice beach and quiet HEATED pool area that we usually had to ourselves.

A mattress pad would have gone a long way! The mattress only had a sheet to cover it and the bed was really firm. I should have upgraded to a balcony or ocean view room. This doesn't usually matter so much to me but the room had construction next door and it was noisy. It also faced the busy street that was a few buildings away but you could hear it. There was no blow dryer in the room or cleaning supplies to do dishes if there were any. This would have been OK if I had been prepared. I would have just brought my own but was not interested in buying them for the amount of time we were there. It also made me a little concerned about how clean the dishes were that were supplied...

Staff unable to call a taxi for our party. The phone numbers he had available did not go through. We walked into town an asked a restaurant attendant to find us a taxi.

shower was horrible. It hurts you because of how bad it was. light early in the morning, because of the poor curtains. you have to sign a contract for swimming pool using...but nobody respect it...and the staff doesn't do anything.

Couldn’t check in when we got there early but they did allow us to use the bathroom and go down to the beach

Hôtel promotes roof top bar & restaurant but does not advise that it is closed. Can’t open windows and there is no balcony 50% more expensive than other full service beach hotels in the immediate area
