Apartament cu potențial foarte bun, dar total neingrijit, murdar.

Nice and spacious apartment. Easy access to a supermarket market

The towels the pillows and bed sheets were used and dirty.(too used and too dirty) The toilet paper had some spots on it from the previous tenants. The toilet was as dirty as it gets with yellow and brown spots everywhere. The kitchen was ridiculous dirty with 3 dead cockroach in the wardrobes. The doors to the balcony were half broken so we couldn't open them and close them properly. The curtains were missing from the windows, so it was full of sun the whole house from 6 o'clock on the morning making the sleep impossible. And last, the freezer had some staff from the previous people with something that melted making the ice in the freezer yellow!

Ne-a plăcut cum arată apartamentul. A fost curat, spațios și frumos. Am dispus de toate facilitățile necesare. Personalul amabil, domnul de acolo a fost foarte drăguț cu noi.

Nu există ceva care să nu ne fi plăcut.

Convenient for our needs. Good Internet access. The aircon is conveniently placed to benefit all rooms during hot summer days. Good quality washing machine available. Good beds. We chose the place because it offers parking in an area where street parking is limited.

The coffee machine didn't work, there were only 2 chairs available, so we could not make use of the kitchen (group of five).

Curatenia se putea face mai temeinic. Insistat in bucatarie Asternuturile, pernele si prosoapele ar trebui innoite cu altele, sunt cam uzate! Exista un iz de umezeala in tot apartamentul

L'appartamento è ben ubicato, il negozio sotto molto comodo e molto gentili. La struttura in sé è anche bella ma versa in uno stato di sporzicia e incuria terrificanti. Mancano tazze, pentole, piatti, lenzuola rotte, polvere ovunque, bottiglie sotto i letti, doghe che si rompono... Sedie rotte e scricchiolanti. Complimenti perché è uno dei peggiori posti in cui sia stata negli ultimi 20 anni.

Ho dovuto scribere più volte al proprietario su come fare il. Check in. Solitamente sono loro a mandare le indicazioni, qui dovevo fare io le domande a cui, col contagocce, arrivavano le risposte. Insomma se volete mantenere i clienti vi consiglio di assumere una donna delle pulizie come si deve, igienizzante tutto, togliere le ragnatele e comprare lenzuola nuove! L'asciugamano sporco è semplicemente stato appoggiato per terra. Guardate come è sporco, il marciapiede di sotto è più igienico!
