Twin Bed Unit- MIGAs Haven at Sunvida Tower

I like how the place was well-furnished with a couple of extra stuff in tow. The streaming service was a perfect distraction for those days that were either too hot or too wet to go out for.

I'd rather the property had a 24-hour convenience store within the building. Although a mall is just right across the location, nothing just beats having a convenience store that's in the same area that you are staying in. You have to walk a bit further to find some active night life.

The property was worth every expense. It's just the night life around the neighborhood that's just lacking. The addition of late-closing shops and restaurants, as well as a 24-hour convenience store/s within the immediate vicinity would make my next stay longer and more worthwhile.

Elevators tends to get jam-packed with queues at certain hours of the day. So use them during times when they're queue-less or go through the stairs if you're really in a hurry.

Check in and out process was excellent. Proximity to Mall.

Across the street is a mall, making the location very convenient. The accommodation price is very reasonable.

There are some ants in the room (perhaps because we shouldn't have left uneaten food overnight). The air conditioning vent makes an unusual noise.

The location is very good, also you have a big mall outside the hotel, it's not far away from the pier and the airport so if you have to stay for 1-2 nights it's really a good place to stay.

It is very clean and very accessible. The beds are also comfortable.

Room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Host is very accommodating and quick to response to messages. Unit is very affordable too.

Not the unit but the bldg, lobby is not pleasant to look at. elevator is very slow and always busy
