Cozy studio in Cebu IT Park

Location is great just within IT park and everything you need is around you . The unit is very clean and occupied same like home , kitchen tools, shower , bedding- everything you need . Host is really caring about small details and responses quickly. Easy check in . Affordable price consider to location .

Tower elevator is so slow it can take long time to go up and get down - annoying . No balcony ( if it’s important) no washing machine . When I arrived the AC was broken , but the next day they installed a new one , could be nice to do it before you receive a new guest . Also window AC is very noisy.. and located above the bed .. so it may be some issues to sleep if you light sleeping.. it toke me like 30 minutes to get use the sound at the first night .

All perfect, great location, great view (28th floor). All the amenites you need for a longer stay. Nothing to complain about. Fast internet and separate desk to work at. Really good value to price ratio.

I LOVED EVERYTHING! This is a great and very comfortable studio apartment! Wonderful value! Comfortable, extra clean, great design and views. The host is very nice, understanding and helpful. Wifi fast, had Netflix, shower pressure good, ability to cook if you prefer... I love this room.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

AC, noise from outside

The place was very clean and comfy since the AC is working pretty well. I loved how there’s a couple of bath towels ready along with complete set of kitchenwares they also have microwave over which was super convenient for us since we booked an early tour for these dates.
