Cozy studio in Cebu IT Park

The staff was well responsive. Strong wifi. Comfortable location. Spacious and well equipped room. Overall great value for money.

There is no body soap in the shower. There are no blackout curtains, so you will wake up really early in the morning. The neighbors were loud at times, sometimes watching movies loudly with their door open. One of the water faucets is not working at all, and the shower is very weak and faulty. Please fix the shower, as half the water goes towards the wall. Had a negative experience with one of the building staff cleaning his nails with dirt almost flying to us while we were stuck in the elevator with him.

My second stay...love everything about the unit.

Everything about this place says "Home". Literally a home from home. As it's in IT park, lots of convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The condo comes with everything you need to cook, reheat food and brew coffee. The WIFI is fast enough to stream Netflix, play onlines games on a mobile or laptop and work online all at the same time. It really is the best place I've stayed in in Cebu city and have booked myself in again. This place, Yen Yen the host and location are perfect. The studio unit was immaculately clean and equipped!

I was surprised to find out that the condo block's generator cannot handle the load of the units when there is a brownout unlike in Manila where most condo towers have at least a 100KVA generator. I checked out a day early due to a rotating brown out all over Cebu which meant no AC. The condo just got too hot for me to work in. I hasten to add...this was NOT the fault of the host nor the owner but a city wide problem.

It was comfy. I was able to cook for my loml. Internet and Netflix were great. The view was spectacular. The bathroom has a hot shower feature so it's relaxing. People are friendly. This place felt like home for both of us.🫶🏻

It’s clean and comfy. The AC works great. The internet si fast with available program for streaming movies. It has everything that make your stay worthwhile with free toiletries and cleaning materials. It is accessible and near malls and other food chains.
