no info about deposit security at the description of the property. they just stated will collet rm50 cleaning charge. when payment done, then just after that they will let you know that they will collect deposit security Rm200 that they will refund it after checking out. but once checked out, we ask for refund that again only that time they inform that refund process will take 24hr after. we waited till 24hr then asking for the refund which the staff claimed they already made refund but we didn’t get any. then after we asked for refund receipt,then again only after that they show the receipt & we also got email notification for the refund. it took them more than 24hr to make refund. & the pillow & bed sheet were smelly. I can’t even use the pillow properly & had to use my clothes to cover it.

The location really nice. Got a lot facilities in the area and view really nice for OOTD. The apartment look pretty.

kind difficult to find the key box and I expect 2 room. However only got 1 room. The host provide 2 single mattress, which I need to prepare by myself for sleeping. I feel tired due travel with 3 kids.

Will never come again. No microwave no washing machine. Even no dish wash liquid. Cheap iron my shirt burnt using it. For the ringgit pernite. I will not recommend this unit. 1st day stay my kids want to go pool but cannot find. So sad. Not a good experience for me. But I don't know for other people
