Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 08:45 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe stated in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. The price includes accommodations, all taxes and charges (excluding city tax and application fees), bed linen, towels (one bath towel and one hand towel), one dish towel, one bath mat, a cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). Please note that beds are not made upon arrival; this service is available at an additional cost. Pets are allowed at an additional cost of €75 per week. For invoice requests, the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation, and any modification may incur additional fees. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. The baby kit costs €45 per week or €33 per short stay, or €12 per item when rented individually. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
