La habitación está muy bonita. Fue remodelada y quedó muy cómoda y buena.

El ruido de las motos y los carros se siente fuertemente en las habitaciones que dan a la calle. Deberían poner una sábana más gruesa. Pero en general muy bien el servicio. Hay un cubano que atiende muy bien.

"Entendemos que Guayaquil es una ciudad difícil, pero el Hotel no alcanza los estándares habituales de un Hotel en España"

Atención del personal

Las instalaciones necesitan reparación y las escaleras no están adaptadas. Una de las habitaciones contratadas tenía el colchón muy incómodo.
