Looks old and small. There were no shampoo, conditioner. Only one tower for each. The sink smells!

The room is nice and quite, security around the house is super good. the neighborhood has a lot of facilities that is splendid.

There are some bugs due to summer time but easily to get rid of. The foam on the bed still have the plastic wrap so it was not really comfort but it's still very cozy.

Location is convenience, next to shopping mall and many good restaurants surrounding us

As the room is facing a main room, it is a bit noisy 24 hours. Also, there is water leakage issue in toilet and so there is noisy from water drop.

The room smelled of food from the restaurants below. The pillows and blankets smell like old people. Pictures and cabinet doors are skewed, not checked or decorated before welcoming guests. The bathroom was dirty, shampoo and shower gel were almost empty and lying on the shelf with bath towels and other toiletries. The door handle is broken, complaining to the staff, it's okay to answer like that, then no further support. I feel this is a temporary, unkind service. I feel unwelcome here at all. This is a bad service experience for the price and location of the apartment.
