房況跟照片一樣 挺乾淨舒適 陽台也不會髒髒的 （走廊區的味道不太好形容，不臭也不算香） 一樓管理室看起來比較老舊 價格挺便宜 停車需自找（民宿搭配的話，走路三分鐘，平日一天150,假日250） 位置挺好，去哪都很方便

廁所挺乾淨的 馬桶沖水的話，有可能需要沖兩次
